This week a lot of time has been put into getting staff paperwork up to date.
3 staff are on IEA - so got these sorted.
Job descriptions for most staff are complete
need to follow up on Van driver pay as he has not had a pay rise for 2+years
Teaching staff have received a 2024 tracker
Need to follow up with all staff and meet them all to have a professional chat.
Need to observe both teachers staff.
